Part 2 & 3 – A positive change – (Sept ~ April 2024)

Part 2 –

2 minutes to answer 🗣️

  • Describe a positive change you made in your life
    You can say:
    – what the change was
    – when you started the change
    – how you learned about the change
    – and why you think the change was positive

One positive change I made in my life was starting to exercise regularly. I began this change about a year ago. I learned about the importance of exercise from reading health articles and talking to friends who were already active.

This change has been really positive for me. I feel healthier and more energetic. It also helps me manage stress better. Overall, I believe it’s a great change for my well-being.

Before I started exercising, I used to spend most of my free time sitting and watching TV. But now, I set aside time each day for activities like jogging in the park or doing simple workouts at home. It was a bit challenging at first, but as I continued, it became a part of my routine.

Moreover, I noticed positive changes in my body. I lost some weight, and my muscles got stronger. Additionally, I sleep better, and my mood has improved. I also met new people at the gym, which made my social life more active.

In conclusion, starting to exercise regularly was a fantastic change in my life. I’m more active, healthier, and happier now. I believe everyone should try to make such positive changes for a better life.
