Describe an unforgettable trip
“One trip that I can’t [forget about, which is really quite [a] recent one, is when we went to Hong Kong last August. One thing that I clearly remember is the weather. The typhoon was [so strong] that it broke my window. I was staying on the 14th floor and it was a very scary experience for me. Another thing I remember is that the ferries were cancelled and all the [flights were grounded]. The city suffered a complete power shutdown. [There was a complete blackout]. The people also suffered a food shortage because people were grabbing [anything they could find] and the shelves were empty. I wish we could have had a more pleasant stay in the city, but unfortunately the weather was really [against us]. That’s life I guess.
