Describe a public place that needs improvement

“I’m going to talk about public place that needs to be improved which ARE Brazil’s hospitals. I think in the past, hospitals were a priority for Brazilian government. [WHEREAS] nowadays, situations are a [higher / bigger priority]. In 2014 we had the World Cup and all the stadiums were [renovated / rebuilt] and they are incredible and amazing because they are brand new. But if we could [still] improve one thing here, it would be the hospitals because if they could improve the equipment and medicine in the hospitals it would be better for the staff [since] we could treat [patients] more rapidly. As a medical student I hope that the government improves the health system because it’s becoming more difficult to work due to a high number of patients and limited number of doctors. It would be better if the Brazilian government poured more money into hospitals in the future.”
