Describe a piece of furniture you own

“I’m going to talk about a piece of furniture I recently bought it. It’s a dining table that I saw in one of the newspapers. I remember seeing that there was an offer on the furniture so I visited that showroom. The dining table is really amazing because it has a glass top and the 4 legs are golden with tique wood. I like the oval shape of it as well. I asked the owner what would be the price, and then I asked him if he could  make it a bit less expensive. So I got about $200 off the price. The main attraction is that it’s very lightweight because we’ve been living in a flat so I like to change the location of the furniture, so I prefer lightweight furniture. When I put furniture into my drawing room is really suits my location, it doesn’t take up too much room.”

+ Collocation: make it cheaper / expensive – “The product didn’t sell very well, so we decided to make it cheaper to boost sales.”
+ Collocation: take up room – (it doesn’t fill a lot of space in my house) – “Fortunately, the new bed didn’t take up too much room.”
