Describe an activity you do to keep healthy 

“The activity that I usually do is running. I started it two years ago, after I had my baby because I was incredibly tired and I couldn’t sleep enough sometimes due to the baby taking a lot of my energy and I was feeling lethargic. So I started doing some small sprints, and they increased as I got fitter. It’s good because it gives my cardiovascular capacity a boost. So when I wake up early I run for 1 hour. [I am looking forward to running] a marathon because I can only run the maximum of 5K and the marathon requires me to train a lot of because it’s 42km, so I will increase my level of training and one day I will run this marathon.”
