Describe an occasion when you saw a lot of people smiling

“In my country, there is a day when everyone is laughing and happy, which is Valentine’s Day on February 14th. Even though people in my country are very [conservative in their relationships], but on Valentine’s Day, everyone is trying to enjoy themselves and have a nice day. So most people are laughing and wearing brightly-coloured clothes to commemorate the occasion. As well as that, there will be gift shops open early in the morning WHICH gives people a chance to buy gifts. For example,  husbands will often give flowers for their wives, and kids will buy gifts for their parents and so on. When I’m away from my country, I always wonder if I had the chance to be there on this day,I think about what I would like to buy them, and who I would  give my presents to.”
