You can say:
– who the person is
– where you met them
– what you talked about
– and say why you enjoyed talking to them

One time, I met a guy named Mike at a party. We were both standing near the snack table, and I overheard him making a joke about one of the dishes. I laughed and we started chatting about the food. It turned out that we had a lot in common – we both liked cooking and trying new foods. We ended up talking for most of the night about our favorite recipes and restaurants. What I really enjoyed about talking to Mike was how easy it was to talk to him. He was a good listener and always had something interesting to say. By the end of the night, we had exchanged numbers and made plans to try out a new restaurant together. I felt really happy and energized after meeting Mike, and I was looking forward to hanging out with him again.
