IELTS Speaking Part 2 & 3

Part 2 & 3 – A website – (Jan ~ Aug. 2023)

Part 2 –

60 seconds to prepare 📝
2 minutes to answer 🗣️

  • Describe a website that you often use
    You can say:
    – what the website
    – how you first find out about the site
    – what kind of content / information is on the site
    – and say why you like visiting it

One website that I often use is Reddit.

I first heard about it through friends who recommended it as a great source of interesting and varied content. Reddit is a social media platform that features user-generated content organized into specific communities, known as subreddits. Each subreddit is focused on a particular topic, such as news, sports, technology, or hobbies.

What I like about Reddit is that it offers a wide range of information and perspectives on almost any topic you can think of. I enjoy browsing through different subreddits and reading posts and comments from people with different viewpoints and experiences. It’s also a great platform for sharing and discovering new content, such as articles, videos, and podcasts.
