Part 2 & 3 – A time you were busy – (Jan ~ August 2024)

Part 2 –

2 minutes to answer 🗣️

  • Describe a time you were very busy
    You can say:
    – when it was
    – where it was
    – why you were so busy
    – and how you handled the situation

I remember a particularly busy time in my life that occurred last year during the final exams week at university. It was a hectic period filled with studying, project deadlines, and numerous exams lined up one after the other.

This chaos unfolded at my university’s library and various study halls, where I spent most of my days and even nights. The reason for being so busy was the culmination of all my courses demanding extensive preparation for the final exams, coupled with the completion of major projects and assignments.

To handle this overwhelming situation, I created a strict schedule, allocating specific time slots for each subject and project. I also formed study groups with classmates, which helped in mutual understanding and solving complex topics. To maintain my energy and focus, I ensured to take short breaks and kept a balanced diet.

Despite the stress, this disciplined approach helped me manage my time efficiently, and I successfully completed all my tasks with satisfactory results.
