Part 2 –
60 seconds to prepare 📝
2 minutes to answer 🗣️
One time, there was a really noisy situation when a construction crew started working right next to my apartment. They were building a new complex and the noise was mostly from heavy machinery – like drills and hammers. It was loud, constant, and really disruptive.
At first, I tried to ignore it, but it became impossible to concentrate on my work. So, I decided to speak with the construction manager. I explained my situation, and to my surprise, they were quite understanding. They couldn’t stop the work, of course, but they agreed to start later in the morning, which helped a lot.
Honestly, the whole situation was quite stressful. I understand construction is necessary, but the noise was overwhelming. I felt relieved when they adjusted their schedule, and it made me realize the importance of communicating problems rather than just tolerating them.
