Part 1 – Concentration (May ~ Dec. 2023)

#1 – Do you find it difficult to stay focused?

Yes, I often find it difficult to stay focused, especially when I’m doing something that I’m not particularly interested in or when I’m tired.

#2 – What can you do to improve your concentration?

I find that taking short breaks, listening to music, and setting small goals for myself can all help me to improve my concentration.

#3 – When do you find it hard to concentrate on something?

I find it hard to concentrate when there are distractions around me, such as noise or people talking. I also struggle to concentrate when I’m feeling stressed or overwhelmed.

#4 – In what situations do you need to concentrate?

I need to concentrate when I’m studying for exams, working on important projects, or when I’m driving.

#5 – It is easy for you to do 2 things simultaneously (at the same time?)

It depends on the tasks. If the tasks are similar or don’t require a lot of mental effort, I find it easy to do them at the same time. However, if the tasks require a lot of concentration or are very different from each other, I find it difficult to do them simultaneously.
