Vocabulary:

Nouns: 

• stages of your life – a point, period, or step in a your life or personal development.
• prowess – skill or expertise in a particular activity or field.
  “his prowess as a fisherman”
• primary goal – first target, first priority
• career path –  a sequence of jobs that make up a person’s overall career

Verbs: 

• gauge – estimate or determine the amount, level, or volume of.
  “astronomers can gauge the star’s intrinsic brightness”
• dictate – state or order authoritatively.
• show off – boastfully display one’s abilities or accomplishments.
  “he was showing off, trying to make a really big impression”

Adjectives: 

• efficiently – in a well-organized and competent way.
  “he worked efficiently to accomplish the tasks set”
• rewarding – providing satisfaction; gratifying.
• influential – having great influence on someone or something.
  “her work is influential in feminist psychology”
