loved ones – people who are members of one’s family or a close friend.
circle of friends – a person’s group of friends. Synonym: ‘friendship circle’
attributes – a quality or feature regarded as a characteristic or inherent part of someone or something. “flexibility and mobility are the key attributes of Britain’s army”
habits
well-being – the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy. “an improvement in the patient’s well-being”
Verbs:
define – a statement of the exact meaning of a word, especially in a dictionary. “a dictionary definition of the verb”
rely on – depend on, or have a need for something or someone
Collocations:
tough time – a difficult period of time for a person “Exam period is always a tough time for many students at school” “She had a tough time as a teenager from another country”
comfortable in your own skin – relaxed and confident in one’s manner of presenting oneself and interacting with others; conveying the impression that one has a clear, satisfying understanding of one’s own abilities and situation.
outlook on life – the view or prospect from a particular place. 2. mental attitude or view; point of view
