Collocations: 
  • keep fit – exercising enough to stay at a healthy level of physical fitness
  • stay in shape – exercising enough to avoid becoming overweight or unfit
  • gentle exercise – easy, simple exercise that doesn’t strain your body
  • get some fresh air – go outside and enjoy the outdoors
  • get some cardio – do some cardiovascular exercise
Verbs: 
  • aimed at – made for a certain group of people
  • socialise – talking, chatting and spending time with other people
Adjectives: 
  • strenuous – physically hard, challenging or difficult
