IELTS Speaking Part 2 & 3

Part 2 & 3 – A Childhood Friend – (Sept. ~ April 2023)

Part 2 –

60 seconds to prepare 📝
2 minutes to answer 🗣️

  • Describe a friend from your childhood
    You can say:
    – who the person is
    – where you met them
    – what they are like
    – and say if you are still friends with them now

One of my closest childhood friends was named Sarah.

We met when we were both in elementary school and became fast friends. Sarah was very outgoing and had a great sense of humor. She was always making me laugh and we had a lot of fun together.

We used to spend a lot of time playing outside, riding bikes and exploring the woods near our neighborhood. We also loved to play board games and video games together. Sarah was always up for trying something new and we had a lot of adventures together.

Unfortunately, we lost touch as we got older and went our separate ways. I haven’t spoken to Sarah in many years, but I still have many fond memories of our time together.
